God Made It Clear We Are To Stay In Africa

If you had asked either of us 8 months ago when we first got married if we would be basing ourselves out of Africa in less than a year, I think we would have laughed out loud! However, God has His ways of surprising us. After church planting within the townships and two Muslim communities for the past six months, He has made it clear to us both we are to extend our season here.  In making this decision, we are happy to share with you that we are not leaving YWAM but plan on continuing to work hand in hand with them during our time here.  We are very excited to continue enriching ourselves in a church planting community that All Nations provides, while still having the freedom to speak within YWAM; teaching others how to also do the things we have learned. Meehan will work primarily with an organization called, “Baby Safe”, which focuses on baby dumping prevention and nurturing at risk mothers, infants & small children within the community.   Daniel will work directly within the townships, focusing on church planting efforts. He will continue to teach and speak around the globe as well as throughout South Africa. In addition to all of this God has also provided & blessed us both with many mentors, friends and "mothers and fathers"of the faith to encourage, and walk alongside of  us. This is an exciting journey for the two of us as God slowly unfolds His plan for our lives one step at time, revealing the strategic ways He's made available for us to advance His Kingdom!
