Collaborating to make a difference beats reinventing the wheel….

Baby Safe is a part with this wonderful organization called Connect Network 

that allows us to share, 

learn, 

Encourage, Collaborate 

and grow 

with other NGO and NPOs.

As one of the representatives of Baby Safe, I have the privilege of attending such events. This week, I was able to sit with the author of the counseling curriculum course that all of us staff members have been trained with. Last year, if you recall I completed this counseling course {which I thoroughly enjoyed} called ‘Equipped to serve’ using her curriculum. This year she, {Cyndi} attended the Connect Event and I enjoyed sitting speaking with her about her life and how deeply impacted I was in my own, by her curriculum.

I’m thankful today for this Christian-Value based network of individuals, organizations, and churches that partner together to address and change the lives of vulnerable children, education, crisis pregnancy, violence 

and Sexual Exploitation.

I’m reminded of the verse that says

 “Two is better than one and a chord of three is not easily broken…”

It’s encouraging to know we are not in this journey for justice alone; we have other members of the body of Christ and Christ Himself enabling and empowering us to make a lasting difference in this world he loves so much.
